About Sara
Sara believes transformation happens when we explore what truly matters and create lives that reflect our deepest values—just as she has done.
Sara is a dual-certified coach, holding credentials as both an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC). She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® practitioner, Seasons of Change Master Coach, and Purpose and Clarity Certified Coach. With over 35 years of professional experience, Sara combines extensive real-world expertise with advanced academic training, including a Masters in Management and a Master's Certificate in Dispute Resolution. Her unique blend of professional expertise and educational depth equips her to walk beside clients with insight, empathy, and purpose. In 2023, Sara courageously stepped away from her career and redirected her ambition in pursuit of ikigai, or her true reason for being. The leap of faith became the foundation for a self-actualization project she called the 52 Pick-Up Project, a year-long exploration of values, passions and possibilities. The 52 Pick-Up Project wasn’t just a career shift, it was a calling. It led Sara to the world of coaching, where she found deep alignment between her experience, passion, and purpose. Today a professional coach specializing in career and life changes, she draws from a rich background in business services, organizational development, entrepreneurship and personal discovery to empower others to do the same: to navigate change, realize their potential, and intentionally design lives that reflect their authentic selves. She facilitates discovery and intentional life design using tools, practices, and profound coaching conversations to reveal clarity, purpose, and direction. Sara's approachable and unassuming nature creates a space of comfort and safety for clients where they feel seen and heard without judgment, and where exploration is guided by genuine curiosity and openness.

52 Postcards.
52 Weeks.
52 Adventures.
One unforgettable year.
A life transformed.
My year-long self-transformation project began by mailing postcards to 52 friends and family, asking each to send me on an adventure. One by one, they returned with a new path to explore. The goal was to be led to places I’d never been, doing things I never imagined. Some stretched me beyond what I believed I was capable of, like writing and recording a song for week 52 that captured the transformational experience, or joining a continuing education writing class. Others cracked me wide open, like visiting my late mom’s hometown, or building a gingerbread house inspired by my aunt’s adventure idea. She had suggested we do it together, but passed away just weeks before. And most? Just pure joy! Learning a magic trick. Experiencing Sedona. Flying a kite. Hiking new trails. Exploring new neighborhoods. Spending a day in the life of an Italian. Disc golf. Batting cages. Backyard camping. An escape room. A concert by candlelight. Outdoor theater. Snowshoeing. And the list goes on. Every adventure was a gift. Every moment, a reminder of how connection, curiosity, and courage can shape a life.
